BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Composition of the Board of Directors of the company is governed by the Companies Act, 1956. The Board has strength of three Directors. The Board consists of persons with considerable professional expertise in education, finance, biotechnology, healthcare, small scale industries and other related fields. The board members possess requisite skills, experience and expertise required to take decisions, which are in the best interest of the Company.
